Let’s Join Forces to Preserve Our Living Environment!
The high turnout in the referendums opposing the PLQ Lullin and the right-of-way servitude has demonstrated how many residents of Troinex share the same vision for our village’s development: preserving tranquility, safety, green spaces, a human-scale community, and architectural heritage—all without having had the opportunity to be heard.
To defend this shared vision before both communal and cantonal authorities, we are pleased to announce the creation of the association "J’aime Troinex".
"J’aime Troinex" aims to bring together residents who wish to unite around a common project for our village, allowing them to exchange ideas, stay informed, and ensure that a unified voice is heard before major decisions are made.
The first major initiative of "J’aime Troinex" is to convince the canton to completely rethink the PLQ Lullin project—starting from scratch to create a new plan where the commune, not the canton, will be responsible. The association’s board members have already begun discussions with cantonal teams and will meet with State Councillor Antonio Hodgers in mid-March.
This process is time-consuming, especially for the board members*, but it also requires financial resources, as legal assistance is generally necessary at every stage. To cover these legal fees, we are calling on the generosity of all association members through donations.
*Reminder: All board members are volunteers.
