Société coopérative d'habitation Troinex - Conseil Municipal du 9 décembre 2024
Selon le registre du commerce, cette société a été créée le 10 octobre 2024 par 7 Troinésiennes et Troinésiens, dont 2 conseillers municipaux.
Pour plus d'information, voici un extrait du PV du conseil municipal du 9 décembre 2024, page 6 :
"(.....) M. Calame remercie pour la lecture du courrier ainsi que pour la réponse circonstanciée fournie par la mairie. La lecture de la lettre accentue le malaise et les interrogations suscités chez certains conseillers municipaux lorsqu’ils ont pris connaissance de l’existence de cette société immobilière et de ses projets. Ces interrogations sont légitimes, étant donné que le comité de cette société est principalement composé de personnes ayant des liens directs ou indirects avec la politique municipale. Parmi ses membres, il y a deux conseillers municipaux (dont l’un est candidat au Conseil administratif), un ancien candidat au Conseil municipal, un futur candidat déclaré au Conseil municipal ainsi qu’un membre impliqué dans la campagne d’un conseiller municipal. Ainsi, la quasi-totalité du comité présente des liens directs avec la politique troinésienne.
M. Calame spécifie que le malaise est accentué par les projets menés par cette coopérative, dans la mesure où les projets connus, auxquels il souhaite plein de succès et qu’il espère voir se multiplier, portent exclusivement sur des parcelles sur lesquelles la Commune exerce un rôle direct et important voire prépondérant. Pour garantir la sérénité de la vie politique, il paraît essentiel de se servir de cette question comme point de départ afin de mettre en place des outils et des règlements visant à prévenir et à limiter de telles situations, qui suscitent le doute au sein de la population. Toutes les informations relatives à la Société coopérative d’habitation doivent être présentées de manière transparente. M. Calame discerne l’impossibilité de créer une société coopérative en peu de temps. L’inscription à la date du registre du commerce fait foi. Toutefois, il estime qu’il faut du temps pour créer une société de ce type et considère que l’idée qu’il n’y ait pas de projet antérieur semble être une réponse trop simpliste. M. Calame se remémore une présentation datant de plusieurs années, concernant un projet qui portait un autre nom, mais qui impliquait les mêmes personnes avec des aspirations similaires, à l’exception du fait qu’il ne s’agissait pas encore du PLQ Lullin.
Néanmoins, il est essentiel de souligner les interrogations importantes concernant la relation entre cette société et les projets de la Commune.

According to the commercial register, this company was established on October 10, 2024, by seven residents of Troinex, including two municipal councillors.
For more information, here is an excerpt from the minutes of the Municipal Council meeting on December 9, 2024, page 6:
"(...) Mr. Calame thanks the council for reading the letter and for the detailed response provided by the mayor’s office. The reading of the letter further amplifies the discomfort and questions raised among some municipal councillors when they became aware of the existence of this real estate company and its projects. These concerns are legitimate, given that the company’s committee is primarily composed of individuals with direct or indirect ties to municipal politics. Among its members are two municipal councillors (one of whom is a candidate for the Administrative Council), a former municipal council candidate, a declared future candidate for the Municipal Council, and a member involved in the campaign of a municipal councillor. Thus, almost the entire committee has direct ties to Troinex's political sphere.
Mr. Calame specifies that the discomfort is heightened by the projects undertaken by this cooperative, as the known projects—which he wishes success and hopes to see grow—exclusively concern plots of land where the Commune plays a direct, significant, or even predominant role. To ensure a healthy political environment, it seems essential to use this matter as a starting point to establish tools and regulations to prevent and limit such situations, which raise doubts among the population. All information related to the Housing Cooperative must be presented transparently. Mr. Calame acknowledges that it is impossible to establish a cooperative society in a short period of time. The registration date in the commercial register is legally binding. However, he believes that creating such a company takes time and considers that the idea that there were no prior projects is an overly simplistic response. Mr. Calame recalls a presentation from several years ago regarding a project under a different name, involving the same individuals with similar aspirations, except that it was not yet related to PLQ Lullin.
Nevertheless, it is crucial to highlight the significant questions regarding the relationship between this company and the Commune’s projects.
